Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

ALiAZON Fashion is not liable for carrier delays beyond our control, and shipping fees are non-refundable once packages are in transit.
Address Changes
To modify your shipping address:
Before shipment: Update immediately through your account or contact support
After shipment: We cannot guarantee address changes, but will attempt to assist
Redirected packages incur a $15 address change fee charged by carriers
Any undeliverable packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses will require repayment of shipping fees for redelivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
For packages marked as “Delivered” but not received:
Verify with all household residents and check around delivery points
Review delivery confirmation details for location information
Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark items delivered before final delivery)
File a claim with the carrier using your tracking number
Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery status if unresolved
For significant delays beyond estimated delivery:
Use your tracking number to check current status
Allow 2-4 additional business days during peak periods
File a support ticket if no movement for 5+ days
Damaged Merchandise
If merchandise arrives damaged:
Document with clear photos immediately upon opening

International Shipping
Customs, Import Fees & Taxes
International customers should understand:
ALiAZON is NOT responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes
These fees are NOT included in our listed prices or shipping costs
Refusing a package due to customs fees may result in forfeiture of refund
Items held in customs are not eligible for delivery guarantee timeframes

Inventory & Split Shipments
ALiAZON manages inventory across multiple fulfillment centers. For efficiency:
Orders may ship from different locations in separate packages
Items showing “in stock” may be allocated from different warehouses
Each package ships when ready and has a separate tracking number
Split shipments do not incur additional shipping charges
Delivery Preferences
During checkout, you may specify:

Authority to leave package (liability release required)

Saturday delivery for Express/Priority shipments (where available, $8.95 additional fee)
Multiple Destinations
Our system currently supports one shipping destination per order. For multiple delivery addresses:

Seasonal Shipping Guidelines
During peak seasons (November 15-January 15):
