Return And Refund Policy

At ALiAZON Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or might arrive damaged. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning products purchased from our website (aliazon.com).

You may return merchandise purchased from ALiAZON Fashion within 30 days of the delivery date if the items meet the following conditions:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Original tags are attached
  • Items are in their original packaging
  • Items show no signs of wear, damage, or use
  • Items are not marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear bottoms)
  • Jewelry and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  1. Log in to your ALiAZON Fashion account and navigate to “Order History”
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Choose the item(s) you want to return and select a reason for the return
  4. Select your preferred refund method (original payment method, store credit, or exchange)
  5. Print the prepaid return shipping label (if eligible)
  6. Package your items securely in their original or similar packaging
  7. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package
  8. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier

We offer the following return shipping options:

  • Free Returns: For orders over $50, we provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Customer-Paid Returns: For orders under $50, a shipping fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund amount
  • In-Store Returns: You may return online purchases to any ALiAZON Fashion retail location (if applicable)

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with the return.

After you’ve shipped your return, you can track its status by:

  • Logging into your ALiAZON Fashion account
  • Using the tracking number provided with your return shipping label
  • Contacting our Customer Service team

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 3-5 business days after we receive and process your return
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days after we receive and process your return
  • Store Credit: Immediately available after we receive and process your return
  • Gift Card: 1-2 business days after we receive and process your return

Your refund will include:

  • The full purchase price of the returned item(s)
  • Any taxes paid on the returned item(s)
  • Original shipping charges (only if the return is due to our error)

The following amounts may be deducted from your refund:

  • Return shipping fees (for orders under $50)
  • Original shipping charges (for customer-initiated returns)
  • Restocking fees (if applicable)

We may issue partial refunds in the following cases:

  • Items returned show signs of wear or use
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the 30-day window but within 45 days
  • Special promotional items that were received as part of a bundle or discount

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

  1. Follow the same process as initiating a return
  2. Select “Exchange” instead of “Refund”
  3. Choose the new item you want to receive
  4. Pay any price difference if the new item is more expensive
  5. Receive a partial refund if the new item is less expensive

Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit according to your preference.

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Email clear photos of the damage to support@aliazon.com
  3. Include your order number and a description of the issue

For damaged or defective items, we offer:

  • Immediate replacement (subject to availability)
  • Full refund including all shipping charges
  • Store credit with an additional 10% bonus

If you haven’t received your refund within the timeframes listed above:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary)
  3. Contact our Customer Service team if steps 1 and 2 don’t resolve the issue

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for return unless marked as “Final Sale.” Refunds for sale items will be issued for the actual price paid, not the original retail price.

If you received an item as a gift, you can return it for store credit or exchange. You will need:

  • Order number or gift receipt
  • Your photo ID
  • The email address of the gift sender

Gift returns will not notify the original purchaser, and refunds can only be issued as store credit to the gift recipient.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to:

  • Returns of large furniture items
  • Returns of electronic accessories
  • Returns of specialty or limited-edition collections

ALiAZON Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns or limit future return privileges for customers who abuse our return policy, including:

  • Excessive returns (returning more than 70% of purchases)
  • Pattern of wearing items and returning them
  • Returning counterfeit versions of our products
  • Fraudulent return activity

We may update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Changes to this policy will apply only to purchases made after the date of the change.
